Gary Nance offers more than thirty years of residential and commercial design experience. He brings a fresh mix of classic style, emphasizing functional design plans and architectural details. Working closely with clients and contractors he incorporates the integrity through the design as well as the construction process of each project.
He has been featured on the cover of several Better Homes and Gardens publications and local magazines such as House Trends, Indianapolis Monthly, Indianapolis Business Journal and Absolute Living. In addition, his previous residence which he designed was on the cover of Better Homes and Gardens Planning Issue and their Home Building Idea cover. Gary was also published in Traditional Home Magazine featuring a cottage he Designed on Lake Maxinkuckee in Culver, Indiana.
His most recent projects include cottages in Northern Michigan, homes in Naples, Florida, cabins in Montana and a ranch near Dallas, as well as projects in the Carolinas.
